The hotel provided excellent service during our Christmas stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was ideal, as it was conveniently located near popular tourist attractions and public transportation. Another aspect we enjoyed was the comfortable and spacious rooms, well-maintained and provided all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

There were a couple of negative aspects that affected our experience. the room temperature was poorly regulated, making it difficult for us to sleep comfortably.

The hotel was ideally located in the city center, making it convenient to explore Madrid. It was close to various attractions and had a great cafeteria next door, providing easy access to dining options. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff promptly addressed any issues guests had, such as changing rooms to accommodate specific requests.

The breakfast offered at the hotel was not up to par, with limited options and low quality items.

The location of the hotel is very convenient and easily accessible. The room wasnice and neat. The kitchen was well-equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful when I had an issue with the air-conditioning. Overall I recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in the city.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. Best aspects were the convenient location close to many nice restaurants and not far from the city center. The transportation was easily accessible with the railway station being close by, and we also enjoyed our visits to Retiro Park. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good and we appreciated the daily towel replacements. Staff members were always friendly and helpful.

The location is also superb, just a few blocks away from El Prado museum - perfect for exploring the city on foot. The staff are friendly and provide great service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with two single beds that are perfect for a good night's sleep. And the best part? Breakfast is not included, allowing you to explore the delicious options in the nearby cafes.
